War is not a form of technology. It does, however, use technology. Using technology in war can be very helpful to the country using it. If the US Army has surveillance in Iran than they can watch what Iran is doing and stay ahead. If Iran or North Korea is able to infiltrate the United States or other countries it would be very unsafe for that country. War is a tool, but not a form of technology. There are many different pieces of technology used in war. The trucks and tanks, computers, radio communication, and missals all are different pieces of technology.
